My Family
I’m excited to have the opportunity to work with you to help you meet your fitness goals. I’m dedicated to ensuring your success and helping make fitness fun. Please read on to learn more about me. It’s important for you to know that you have a trainer that is well educated in fitness and meets the necessary requirements to properly train you. Here’s my background.
As a fitness professional, wife and mother of two young children (1 boy and 1 girl), I can relate to the challenges you face in finding time for fitness. In today’s world, staying in shape isn’t quite as easy as it used to be. Getting to the gym or exercise in general gets moved to the back burner. I know how difficult it can be to stick to your fitness plan, especially when you are trying to do it all alone. It’s a lot easier to reach your fitness goals when you have someone there to guide you.

My Children
This is why I became involved in the fitness industry – I truly enjoy helping others to get in shape and stay fit and healthy.
My clients enjoy a variety in their exercise program as it keeps the workouts fresh, interesting and fun. I have invested in the education necessary for me to assess your current fitness condition and design an individualized exercise prescription that will put you on the right path toward the results you are after.

Fatimat
Dear friend,
I want you to know that I am rooting for you. I have personally been at a place in my life before where I needed to change my mindset, habits, and body. As a world class athlete, I arrived in the United States in 1993 already in great shape. However, within my first six months, I was not able to maintain my competition weight. With about 30 lbs to lose and terrible eating habits which took me away from my village style of eating and living healthier, I needed a Transformation. While this happened sometimes ago, I still remember the struggle and the challenges that I faced. I’m here to tell you that you don’t have to struggle.
I created the Village Coach Fitness for people of all works, shapes, and sizes, and yes, it does work for everyone that apply the program. What I will also tell you is that change comes in two forms – that which happens to you and that which you make happen. Typically the change that just happens to you is not the kind of change you want. No. The change you want is the kind that you must make happen. It’s the kind that only comes from making a decision and acting on it. It’s the type of change that comes from changing your thought process, your habits, and your environment.
At the Village Coach Fitness, we have created the environment for change. It is up to you to decide if you are ready for change and then make it happen. We will be with you every step of the way.
