What’s included when I sign up for the Boot Camp Program?


My goal for you over the next 4 weeks is to get maximum results in minimum time.


I want to give you as much support as possible to make your health and fitness goals a reality.  Below you will find a comprehensive list of what is included in our amazing program:

 

  • Cutting Edge Training- led by highly qualified and certified personal trainers.  We know how to get you MAXIMUM RESULTS in MINIMUM TIME!

  • Up to 20 One hour workouts depending on your level of commitment- to ALL of our Orangecrest Boot Camp Training Locations and Times. Training sessions run Monday – Friday (Except Major Holidays)

  • Before and After Measurements- taken on a Saturday. (Not mandatory, but great to track progress!) First measurement taken after four weeks, following measurements taken every six weeks.

  • Option to Participate in Fitness Testing- offered by Boot Camp coaches usually during the first week of each month.

  • One-On-One Fitness Diagnostic Consultation- with Coach Fatimat, to assess your measurements, goals, and fitness desires, and to create your action plan!  Great for keeping you on track month to month.

  • Full Video Tutorials for the Newbie- what to bring to Boot Camp, and basic Boot Camp exercises showing proper form.

  • Nutrition Crash Course via a webinar- given once per month, at the start of each Boot Camp session.

    • Covers everything you need to know nutritionally to get started on your healthy path!

      1. Grocery Lists of the best foods to buy
      2. Quick and Easy Snack Ideas
      3. How to Survive Going Out to Eat (while sticking to your goals!)

  • 24-Day “Eat Clean 2 Get Lean” Nutrition Challenge!

    • This challenge might be just what you need to get started on the right foot!  It includes:

      1. Complete Eating Clean Guidelines (to help you detoxify and cleanse your body)
      2. Supplementation support
      3. Before and After Measurements

  • Access to our Monthly Grocery Shopping Tour-
